What are the Instructions for use?
Take 2 Nourkrin Extra Strength tablets daily - one in the morning and one in the evening. If however you are over 80kg in weight or are a heavy smoker then we recommend you take 3 tablets daily. Apply the Scalp Lotion before going to bed every night and use Nourkrin Shampoo and Conditioner at least 3 times a week.
